Press Release - Shallow Roasters for Casseroles, Vegetables and Meats
Mauviel M'Heritage Copper and
Mauviel M'Cook 5-ply Stainless Steel
New Castle, DE — 2009-- Mauviel debuts four heavy duty, rectangular, shallow roasting pans: a large and a medium copper roasting pan and a large and medium 5ply stainless steel pan. These elegant roasters distribute heat evenly and quickly through the whole surface of the roasting pan. The shallow depth allows air to flow around the foods reducing the steaming effect caused by higher sides. The cast stainless steel handles are fixed by sturdy rivets and stay cool when on the stovetop. The non-drip edges make pouring liquids off easy and mess free.
The M'Heritage roasting pans are made of 90percent copper and feature a stainless steel interior. The stainless steel, ergonomic handles are stamped with "Mauviel -1830" adding to the stylish, elegant presentation of the pans. The medium size M'Heritage copper roasting pan measures about 14inches x 10inches and retails for $364. The large M'Heritage copper roasting pan measures about 12inches x 16inches and retails for $450.
